Stop Waiting for Your Paint to Dry

Getting the Heat Right
To get wood to cure quickly, you need a lot of heat packed into a small space. We build our industrial tubes with high wattage relative to their length. Here’s the trick: we use a high-voltage setup. This keeps the current draw per lamp low, meaning you can hook up more units to one circuit without worrying about tripping your breakers every ten minutes. Just a heads-up, though. When you pack that much power into a small footprint, things get hot. Really hot. Make sure your ventilation is actually moving that air out of the housing, or you’ll burn through your tubes way faster than you should.
No More “Skinning”
We use high-purity quartz glass for the halogen filaments. Why? Because it lets shortwave radiation dive deep into the coating. It cures the paint from the bottom up. This is huge because it stops “skinning”—that annoying thing where the top layer dries into a shell and traps wet solvents underneath. Plus, we offer R7s and SK15 connectors, so these usually just slide right into the rigs you already have.
Cutting Out the Middleman
You don’t need to pay a “big brand” premium for a name on the box. We provide the same wattage and the same tight tolerances, but since you’re buying direct from the factory, the price actually makes sense. The real win here is your floor space.
