So we built our spares around a 400V high-voltage setup, paired with high-wattage density elements. The payoff? Rapid heat-up and tighter temperature control during pressing, sanding, and curing. Materials and Design: Heat That Holds Up
Inside, we use halogen heating inside a quartz tube. That gives you intense, focused infrared heat. Quartz handles thermal shock well, so it keeps its cool when you’re starting and stopping on repeat. A protective coating helps resist build-up from resins and wood dust, so output stays steady over time. For installation, we use R7s and SK15 connectors. They click in fast and keep a solid connection, so you spend less time wiring and more time running.
