We use a halogen cycle inside a quartz envelope to stop that from happening. The result? The glass stays clear and your power stays consistent. Plus, quartz is tough. It can handle the constant “on-off-on” thermal shock of a fast-moving production line without cracking. Keeping things running smooth When these lamps are in your oven, they’re doing the heavy lifting to make sure your plastic is melted evenly.
