Built for the Shop Floor
We built this 1000W infrared curing lamp to run on 220V. So it plugs right into the power you already have. No rewiring. No extra transformers. Just hook it up and get to work. The tube is 470mm long, giving you a clean, predictable heat zone that fits neatly into most curing and preheating setups. At 1000W, it hits hard—enough punch to get coatings, adhesives, and thin films up to temperature fast. That means your cycle time stays tight. No more waiting around for a slow, energy-draining ramp-up. It just gets the job done.
The Secret: Ruby Halogen
The heart of it is a ruby halogen heating tube. The ruby coating pushes the output toward shorter wavelengths, so you get infrared energy that’s laser-focused on rapid surface heating. And the halogen fill keeps the filament steady, even at high temps. It fights blackening over time, so the output stays consistent. No fading. No surprises. We pair it with an R7s base—an industrial connector that handles high current and makes replacement dead simple. When the element finally burns out, you just slide the new one in. Easy.
Where It Shines (And What to Watch For)
This lamp is made for fast infrared curing on production lines—think coatings and composites where surface temperature matters. The heat is focused, so you don’t have to scorch the whole part. That helps protect the sensitive stuff underneath. But here’s the thing: 1000W is a lot of power. It needs proper airflow and clear mounting space. If your enclosure is tight, plan your heat dissipation up front. That way, you keep everything—components and people—safe.
